Happy Labor Day Monday to you girls! Thankfully this wifing/mothering gig I’ve got going recognizes Federal Holidays! Sorry, I’m a bit sleep deprived and that tends to make me a bit punchy. This was supposed to go up earlier in the day, but my van full of returning campers needed me more.
So I’ve told you I was going to share with you all about some victory I’ve gained recently in the areas of goal setting and more importantly–goal achieving. It all began way back the very end of June when I decided I needed to exercise.
I know, we have all set–at one time or another…or multiple times–an exercise goal. And, speaking for myself, I have broken them all, sometimes more than once if that’s even possible! So the end of June I emailed Angela and asked if she would be my accountability partner. I asked if she would email or call and check in to see if I had
A)drank lots of water (The whole month of July I never did. Don’t blame her, it was me. I’m sure she would keep you on track.)
B)took my vitamins (I did better at this than water, but still probably failed if she were to give me a grade.)
C)exercised (I completely rocked this one!)
It was motivating to know Angela was going to be checking on me. She cheered me when I needed it and encouraged me when I needed that as well. But you know what–I have lots of goals I need to set and meet and Angela can’t be babysitting me with my laundry list of goals. Time for a new plan.
My new plan needed to be easy, inexpensive and easy…and inexpensive. Hellloooo $4.99 E-Book!
I’ll tell you more tomorrow about how I am going to use/am using this ebook and how I thought we could work through it together. Click over and buy your copy now though, don’t wait to see if you really want to join us…Trust me–You Do!
