I’m going to make some more jalapeno jelly today. I’m also trying out some vegetarian burger recipes. I had my first veggie burger at the ballgame the other night and it was good. We have lots of beans around so I thought I would try to recreate it…only better. My first attempt had more flavor than the ballpark, but was waaayyy denser. I think I need a bit more moisture. I also think running my beans through a food processor made them pasty. This time I’m going to use a potato masher.
Cucumbers everywhere, that’s all I have to say.
I’m praying for my husband and children as usual. Today is also our day to pray for Cristina!
This is a tough world to grow up in. Our kids are facing problem we could have never dreamed of. Our husbands are bombarded…I heard the other day that 25% of all inter net hits are porn related and 40% of men are addicted to internet pornography. Not only are those statistics scary now, but what about when my girls get ready for marriage? I’ve taught them the importance of praying for their future spouse and after reading those statistics I think it’s not only important but absolutely necessary! And my boys…
