Join us each Friday here at Suscipio as we look back over the week. The week that may have caught you off guard but always blessed you.  Now’s your opportunity to step back from the day to day, and see the moments that made those days full of grace.

“Spread love everywhere you go: first of all in your own house. Give love to your children, to your wife or husband, to a next door neighbor… Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier. Be the living expression of God’s kindness; kindness in your face, kindness in your eyes, kindness in your smile, kindness in your warm greeting.”
~ Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta

Did you spread love or where you difficult to love? And please don’t answer out loud because I don’t want to. Let’s resolve to do more of one and less of the other in the coming week.

Link up or join us in the comments. Share a story, poem, gratitude list or single photo. Show us God’s amazing grace in your life. And then take the time to visit or comment the other lovely ladies.

  1. Oooh, I really like the quote from Mother Theresa! Our lives truly radiate from the home – both our church home and our actual home!

  2. I opened up about a very important and difficult time in my life – it was not my most graceful time, but I can see now that it was filled with grace. It changed my heart and mind completely.

    • Molly,

I just read your blog posting. As a newlywed and unsure of the possibilities of having children, I know that I will be able to expect anything normal when I am with child.

Yet, my whole point of writing this such, it takes someone to be able to write out their experience. Being a witness is a great joy and sorry wrapped into one, we have Jesus and Our Lady and all those who have been Martyr as our examples of being witnesses.

Keep writing and know that I am praying for you.

      Thank you for sharing.

      • Thank you Nikita, it’s was quite a journey in and of itself and another journey to realize that I needn’t be ashamed and that my story was worth sharing.
